Jamie Pilar Chapman was born as Jamie Pilar Worley on September 24, 1988. She comes from a military family. Both of her grandfathers served in the military, as did her father, uncle and brother. Now a renowned tattoo model, Jamie got her first tattoo on her 18th birthday. It was a four leaf clover on her right wrist.

Jamie competed to be the cover girl for Inked Magazine. She placed second in the semi-finals. In an interview with the magazine, she revealed that getting tattoos is "relaxing" for her. "I guess that's why they call it tattoo therapy!" 

Before meeting Leland, Jamie lived in California. She is currently living in Hawaii with her husband, Leland Chapman. Together they run the Kama'aina Bail Bonds agency in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. She also works a makeup artist.

Jamie and Leland met on August 17, 2015. They began dating soon and tied the knot in 2016. They had a low-profile wedding and haven't shared any photos of the wedding on social media.

She is a step-mom to Leland's three children, Dakota Chapman, Leiah Breanna Chapman and Cobie Chapman. The couple share a Belgian Malinois named Kona.

Jamie is close to her in-laws; Duane "Dog" Chapman and Beth Chapman.  On December 15, 2018, she joined Beth Chapman and Cecily Chapman at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts to watch the musical, White Christmas. The women also had a movie night the day before.

She also posted a photo with Cecily Chapman and wrote this sweet caption, "How did I get so lucky to have such a beautiful and amazing sister? I love spending time with you."
