Heather Tom has been portraying Katie Logan on Bold and the Beautiful since 2007. She previously appeared on The Young and the Restless as Victoria Newman, and One Life to Live as Kelly Cramer. She signed a contract with the Bold and the Beautiful in 2008 which would keep her on the show until 2011. She has been a series regular since then.

Thorne and Katie are married on the show. The couple haven't been seen much recently. Katie's custody battle with Bill kept the pair on the front burner for quite sometime. On December 23, 2018, Rademacher took to Instagram to reveal that his time on the show was ending. "I have decided to not continue with my contract on The Bold and the Beautiful and I'll be finishing up my last episodes in January," he wrote in the caption.

He shared that he is parting on good terms with the show. The actor also revealed that there is a "possibility of a return." So maybe Katie will still be on the show?
