The role is being portrayed by actress Kayla Wallace. She revealed her character to fans on Instagram back in August 2018. Posting a photo from When Calls the Heart set, Wallace wrote, "Meet Fiona! You can catch her on Season 6 of When Calls the Heart!"

Kayla Wallace is a Canadian actress, who was born in Vancouver Island. She is also a singer and a dancer. She began performing when she was six years old. She attended The Canadian College of Performing Arts in Victoria, BC.
After college, she moved to Vancouver to receive professional acting training and start her career. In 2017, she appeared in the ABC series, The Good Doctor. This is not her first time on Hallmark Channel. Wallace was seen in the Hallmark movie, Once Upon a Prince, in 2018. Moreover, she had a starring role in the thriller movie, Counterfeiting in Suburbia.
Wallace will be starring in a new series soon. She is set to appear in the Freeform series, Breckman Rodeo. The pilot for the series was shot in New Zealand in March.
