The Talk set to dedicate the April 26 episode to Kristoff St. John

It has been a little over two months since the soap opera world lost legendary actor Kristoff St. John. The actor passed away on February 3, 2019, at age 52, in his home in San Fernanda Valley.

About a month later, Los Angeles County Coroner’s office revealed that heart disease and an accidental alcohol overdose took St. John’s life. The online records mentioned “hypertrophic heart disease… and effects of ethanol” as the cause.

While the world is still reeling from the tragic loss of the actor, The Talk is about to air an episode to honor his legacy in the soap world. The Talk will air the special episode on Friday, April 26, and will feature guests like Shemar Moore (Malcolm Winters), Victoria Rowell (Drucilla Winters) and Bryton James (Devon Hamilton).

You can expect the episode to be an emotional roller coaster as it will make you re-live Kristoff’s long years as Neil Winters on The Young and the Restless.

Shemar Moore was really close to St. John. After the actor’s passing, he took to Instagram to remember his on-screen half brother. Shemar wrote, “There is no ME without YOU!!!!! You are MY BROTHER!!! I LOVE YOU!!! Sleep my dude.... REST IN PEACE... I’ll finish what YOU started!!!” Moore stated that Kristoff took him under his wing when he first joined the soap in 1994.

Victoria, who played St. John’s onscreen wife, and Bryton, who is St. John’s onscreen son, were also too close to the actor.
