Are Thomas Petrou and girlfriend Kayla Pimentel still dating?

Thomas Petrou and Kayla Pimentel were in a long term relationship until recently. They dated for over five years and were long distance for about three years. They had officially been a couple since they were high school freshmen (May of 2014).

Thomas revealed that he had broken up with his girlfriend in late 2019. On December 4, 2019, he posted their breakup video on his self titled YouTube Channel. 

"Kayla changed my life and I have nothing but love for her. Sometimes in life people come in and out of your life to change you for the better. I wouldn't be who I am today without the time that we spent together and for that I'll always be grateful," Thomas wrote in the description. The former couple revealed in the video that the break up was mutual. 

Kayla Pimentel is also a YouTuber and a graduate of UC Berkeley. We hope they remained friends even after the separation! Both Kayla and Thomas have shared a bunch of photos of them together on Instagram and neither of them have taken them down. So we're assuming there's still a lot of love between them.

So far he hasn't posted anything that suggests he's in a new relationship. But he did post a photo with Australian singer Indiana Massara looking all cozy and a sweet caption to go with it, "This girl right here is one of the best people I've met in my 3 years in LA."
