Although Milana graduated from Kingsborough Community College with a degree in Biology, she learned acting, music, theater, comedy, and more in college. In college, she co-directed and played in the play Rymers of Eldridge.

Soon after college, she worked in Actor's Reps casting agency while also pursuing her career as an actress and rapper. Thereafter she also began mentoring actors putting everything she learned in Kingsborough into practice.

She may have also received help from her brother Baruch Santana who is a casting director and owns the New York-based Brooklyn Entertainment. She has racked up some major credits as a casting director and was involved in the castings for The Avengers, Tower Heist, Man on a Ledge, and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. 

Milana is also an actress and has appeared in Law & Order: SVU, The Brewster Project, and Up in Harlem. Aside from acting she also has hands-on rapping. She has appeared in Ice-T and SMG Repossession Live DVD in 2002 and opened for Snoop Dog in Miami and in 2003. She signed with Select Records in 2004 and has released single Respect My Gangster.

The show premiered on August 29, 2019, and the casts are offspring of hip hop legends of New York. The cast includes Jeffrey Atkins, Jr., Brittney Atkins, Da'Zyna Drayton, Young Dirty Bastard, Ryan Cartagena, Vina Love, Angie Pearson, JJ Lorenzo, Siaani Love, and Jojo Simmons. Due to the high popularity rate, the show was renewed for a new season in August 2020.
